Kerry and I spent far too much time getting free drinks out of Pablo the Columbian barman at Cafe Pacifico. I'm a bit of a tequila fan and Cafe Pacifico has the best range of premium tequila I've seen in London. Everything's 100% Agave.
Unfortunately Pablo doesn't work here anymore, but the staff are still super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about one of the best drinks on earth.
